Four is magic number for JUMP START's San Pablo

SanPabloSwThe overwhelming choice in the four-horse field sent out for the $100,000 Swatara S. at Penn National, SAN PABLO cruised home by 4 1/2 lengths to record his fourth stakes win of the year. The 4-year-old son of JUMP START has earned $445,400 from in 14 starts in his career for Burning Sands Stables. Trained by Todd Pletcher, SAN PABLO set the early pace in the Swatara, was headed by Norman Asbjornson after three-quarters of a mile, then pulled away at the end of the mile and a sixteenth.

SAN PABLO has won stakes at four different tracks in his career, counting wins earlier this year in the Philip H. Iselin S.-G3 at Monmouth, the Birdstone S. at Saratoga, and the Shots Are Ringing S. at Aqueduct. He is one of a dozen stakes winners in 2012 for JUMP START, the leading stakes sire in the Northeast.
